7 oz of spaghetti
1½ oz of pitted black olives
1 oz of anchovy fillets
¾ oz of pecorino cheese
2 ts of olive oil
1 glove of garlic
1 chili red pepper
A pinch of oregano
Salt
In a small pot, heat the olive oil (do not fry) and add the anchovies, the black olives cut into small pieces, the peeled garlic, the oregano and chili cut into small pieces.
Stir and cook the sauce well.
Remove the garlic as soon as the sauce begins to shrink.
In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain "al dente", pour over the sauce and add the grated pecorino cheese.
