1 tomato sauce del Casale

1 Olive Oil del Feudo

1 Organic Senatore Cappelli Spaghetti
onion, basil, salt and Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook the oil, chopped onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring, until the oil heats up and the onion just starts to turn golden
Add the tomato sauce del Casale, the basil, raise the heat to medium-high, add some water and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the Organic Senatore Cappelli Spaghetti to the boiling water, and cook according to package directions, strain well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, and stir to coat. Serve with Parmesan if desired.
