7,05 oz asparagus
12,34 oz flour
6,34 oz cold water
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of pecorino cheese
salt and oil
Blanch the asparagus and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the water that you will pour a little at a time, thus having a thick mixture to which to add the grated Parmesan cheese, pecorino cheese and salt.
At this point, mix all the ingredients together and in the meantime put some oil in a pan.
When it is hot, fry the "frittelle" well.
Once the "frittelle" are ready, put them in a serving dish and serve hot.
